Ethnic ring with stone in 925 silver - BAREILLY. Partially burnished ethnic ring worked on the band according to Indian tradition, with 925 silver stone. The ring is handcrafted and available with Labradorite or Ruby Root .
According to local mythologies, labradorite can be traced back to the stone of the Moon and sacred to lunar deities, such as the Welsh goddess Arianrhod, the goddess of death who governs the life of men and lives in the Northern Lights, the place where souls go when they abandon the body.
It is also sacred to Cerridwen, goddess of inspiration and knowledge, creator of transformation. For shamans it helps to recall and enter into communication with the spirits of nature. Due to its colors it was considered in the past to be the stone of magic: people believed that it could open the door to the powers of the mind. This crystal gives empathy and helps, by wearing it, to harmonize with others.
The name derives from the Latin rubeus, "red". In ancient European and Indian cultures it was defined as the stone of the sun and was a symbol of vital energy and passion. In Sanskrit he is called ratnaraj, literally "king of gems".
The ruby was appreciated by the Burmese not only for its beauty, but also because they thought it gave invulnerability and was especially used by soldiers during battles. According to tradition, it is a protective amulet that warns the wearer of a danger or illness by changing color and is also considered the stone of wealth.
