Here you will find details of our shipping methods such as:

We ship from our headquarters in Italy and the products chosen are directly in our possession (no shipping from external warehouses or companies, unless explicitly stated on the product page).
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days except in the case of exceptions (holiday periods, absences for events and production periods - announcements visible on the site)
Domestic (in Italy) shipping with Poste Italiane or SDA courier service
Delivery times (days after delivery to the carrier, working Monday - Friday) depend on the courier you choose at check-out
Available services:
- Italian national Mail service (Poste Italiane) - standard priority mail, normal letters in envelopes stuffed in Havana bubble wrap, delivered by postman to your mailbox by (1-3 days) only national shipping (in Italy)
- Courier/recorded mail, cardboard box or padded envelope, delivered by the postman by signature of the addressee in the case of registered mail or hand delivery by the courier driver, refundable in the event of loss or damage (3-6 days for national for international see below)
- Insured shipping, cardboard box or padded envelope, delivered by postman with signature of recipient in case of registered mail or hand delivery by courier driver, refundable in case of loss or damage (4-6 days for national for international see below)
- Express shipping, cardboard box or padded envelope, delivered by postman with recipient's signature in the case of registered mail or hand-delivered by courier driver (1-3 days for national for international see below)
- C.O.D. delivery (only for selected national customers), cardboard box, hand delivery by courier driver with collection of the amount due on delivery. (3-6 days) only from order value over €40. For exceptions please contact us. - Only possible if there is a continuous presence at the destination. Appointments are not possible.

International shipping
We ship with UPS, DHL, FEDEX, DPD depends on available shipping offers at the moment you order. You can choose your preferred carrier contacting us but charges may change.
Prices and times depending on the service chosen at checkout:
- Europe from € 0,00 to € 18,00 (3-10 days)
- America,Africa and Asia from € 12.00 to € 55.00 (6-20 days)
- Oceania from € 13.00 to € 80.00 (8-20 days)
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes (including local VAT/sales tax), customs clearance fees, and any other charges required by the authorities in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer. These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping fees shown at checkout and, if applicable, will be collected by the carrier and/or the competent authorities upon delivery. The Seller is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures or by the Customer’s failure to pay import charges.
If the Customer refuses to pay such charges and/or refuses delivery, resulting in the shipment being held, rejected, or returned to the sender, the Seller reserves the right to deduct from any refund the shipping costs incurred (outbound and, where applicable, return shipping) and any additional costs charged by the carrier and/or authorities following the refusal (including, by way of example, storage, handling, customs clearance, and return fees). Any refund, if due, will be issued net of these amounts.
Furthermore, in the unlikely event that a rejected or returning shipment is lost during return transit or during handling after refusal, no refund can be issued, as the goods will not have been returned to the Seller. We remain available to provide all reasonable assistance with carrier checks and any claim process.

Due to the simultaneous sale in our shop and at trade fairs, it may happen that the chosen product is not available. We will contact you within 24 h after your purchase. In case of a possible alternative we will send that or cancel the order with an immediate refund.
Damage and loss of the package
In case you have chosen insured shipping we will refund you the insured value as soon as the carrier credits us (In case the carrier requires information/documentation from you please provide it to us, otherwise we cannot claim the refund). Otherwise the responsibility for the shipment lies with the buyer.
