We ship from our headquarters in Italy and the selected products are directly in our possession (there are no shipments from external warehouses or external companies, unless explicitly stated on the product page).
The order is processed within 1-2 working days except for exceptions (holiday periods, absences for events and production periods - advertisements visible on the site)
International (outside Italy) shipments
Prices and times depending on the service chosen at the checkout:

Delivery times (days after delivery to the carrier, working days Monday - Friday) depend on the courier you choose at check-out

- Poste Italiane - standard priority mail, normal letters in padded envelopes in Havana bubble wrap, delivered by the postman to your mailbox within (1-3 days)
- Shipments by courier/registered mail, cardboard packaging or padded envelope, delivered by the postman with the recipient's signature in the case of registered mail or hand delivery by the courier driver, refundable in case of loss or damage (3-6 days)
- Insured shipments, cardboard packaging or padded envelope, delivered by the postman with the recipient's signature in the case of registered mail or hand delivery by the courier driver, refundable in the event of loss or damage (4-6 days)
- Express shipping, cardboard packaging or padded envelope, delivered by the postman with the recipient's signature in the case of registered mail or hand delivery by the courier driver (1-3 days)
- Shipping cash on delivery , cardboard packaging, hand delivery by the courier driver with collection of the amount due on delivery. (3-6 days) for customers only accredited

For reasons of simultaneous sales in our shop and fairs, it may happen that the chosen product is not available. We will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase. In case of a possible alternative we send that or cancel the order with an immediate refund.
Damage and loss of package
If you have chosen insured shipping, we will return the insured value to you as soon as the carrier accredits us (If the carrier requests information/documentation from you, please provide it to us, otherwise we cannot request a refund). Otherwise the shipping and buyer are responsible.
