When choosing the shipping method it was necessary to choose cash on delivery as you can see in the following image.

The system we use does not provide an automatic sequence for managing the cash on delivery and for this reason it may seem a little inconvenient but we want to offer this service to those who do not want to use online payments or prefer the traditional exchange of goods/cash.

What to do now? You can choose between 3 options:

  1. You can receive your order with free shipping by paying in advance by bank transfer, Satispay, credit card or by loading our PostePay Business card. We sent an email with the words "Invoice". In this email you are asked to choose payment again. By choosing "Pay now" you will be redirected back to our site where you can change your payment ( Recommended )
  2. If you prefer to receive your order on delivery, please let us know this choice by replying to the message received (or below with the form) and we will modify your order by adding the costs of shipping on delivery.
  3. He asks us to withdraw from the purchase and we cancel the order.
