We ship from our premises in Italy and the selected products are directly in our possession (there are no shipments from external warehouses or external companies, unless explicitly stated on the product page).
The order is processed within 1-2 business days except in exceptional cases (holiday periods, absences for events and production periods - announcements visible on the website)
Domestic shipping with Poste Italiane or courier SDA, BRT or UPS (depending on availability)
The delivery times (days after delivery to the carrier, business days Monday - Friday) depend on the courier you choose at checkout

International shipping
Prices and times depending on the service chosen at checkout:
- Europe from € 0.00 - € 18.00 (3-10 days)
- America, Africa and Asia from € 12.00 to € 55.00 (6-20 days)
- Oceania from € 13.00 to € 80.00 (8-20 days)
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes (incl. local VAT), customs clearance fees and any other charges required by the authorities of the destination country are exclusively the responsibility of the Customer. These costs are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs indicated at the time of ordering and, if applied, will be charged by the courier or the competent authorities at the time of delivery. The Seller is not responsible for any delays, additional costs or failure to deliver due to customs procedures or the Customer's failure to pay the import charges.
If the Customer refuses to pay these charges and/or does not accept delivery, resulting in storage, rejection or return of the shipment to the sender, the Seller reserves the right to deduct from the amount to be refunded the shipping costs incurred (outbound and, if applicable, return) and any further costs charged by the courier and/or the competent authorities following the refusal (including, but not limited to, storage, handling, customs clearance and return costs). The refund, if due, will be made net of these amounts.
Furthermore, in the rare event that the shipment rejected or in return should get lost during the return transport or in the management phases following the refusal, no refund will be possible, since the goods will not be returned to the sender. We naturally remain at your disposal to provide all possible assistance with the checks and any possible claims procedures with the carrier.

Shipping
Due to the reasons of simultaneous sales in our store and at fairs, it may happen that the selected product is not available. We will contact you within 24 h of your purchase. In the event of an alternative, we will send that one or cancel the order with an immediate refund.
Damaged and lost package
In case you have chosen insured shipping, we will refund the insured value as soon as the carrier credits us (In the event that the carrier requires some information /documentation from you, please provide it to us, otherwise we cannot request the refund). Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the shipping and the buyer.
