Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, simply send an email within 14 days from the moment you received it to admin @ilmondodiwit.comΒ specifying your details and the product you purchased including the order number.
Then send the product back (with a traceable shipment) to the address we indicate you in our answer and you will be refunded the amount of the product purchased within a few days.
The refund is only possible by attaching the TAX RECEIPT sent with EVERY shipment!
For example, if you buy a product costing β¬30.00 you pay β¬30.00 + β¬7.00 shipping costs: a total of β¬37.00.
In case of return we will refund you β¬30.00.
Refund of payments made with cash on delivery after 30 days and β¬8.00 refund costs.

For orders shipped to non-EU countries, in the event of a return and/or refund, we will deduct from the refundable amount the shipping costs incurred (including, where applicable, return shipping) and any import- or customs-related charges (for example: duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, administrative charges, and any costs billed by the carrier and/or local authorities). Any refund, if due, will be issued net of these amounts.
