For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes (incl. local VAT), customs clearance fees and any other charges required by the authorities of the destination country are exclusively the responsibility of the Customer. Furthermore, in the rare event that the shipment rejected or in return should get lost during the return transport or in the management phases following the refusal, no refund will be possible, since the goods will not be returned to the sender. We naturally remain at your disposal to provide all possible assistance with the checks and any possible claims procedures with the carrier.
